Upcoming Events:

SPLASH

• Selfless People Loving and Serving Him
• A middle school focused (but high schoolers welcome) mission week beginning on June 8th and ending on June 12th
• We will be staying at Wood Institute in Mathiston and working with local missions in Starkville
• Cost is $85 for the week

Mystery Trip

• June 23rd morning thru June 25th evening
• Load up for three days of fun, fellowship and a few surprises

Alaska Mission Trip

• Senior High Mission Trip July 12th-21st

Last Gasp

• August 3rd-5th
• Our last chance to have some summer fun
• Look for all sorts of crazy night events including a great game of Capture the Flag

 

• December 16th from 5:00 till 6:00 and 7:00 till 8:00

Times to Remember:

• Summer Sunday night from 6:00 till 8:30
  • Games, Lessons, and Worship
  • Afterglow from 6:45-8:15 at a youths house (parents please sign up to help)
• Summer Wednesday night
  • Games, outings, and movies
    
    
• Small Groups - NO small groups during the summer
  • Each grade and gender is given a small group to meet with
  • Builds accountability, community, and Christian relationships

• 7th grade-12grade
• A conference lead retreat hosted by Camp Lake Stephens

• Discipline, Discipleship and Dedication
• For this week long event the High school youth stay at the church while we take on the responsibilities of getting them to and from their school and activities
• This event is meant to be a time of spiritual awakening from our day to day lives

  

Disciple Bible Study

• An eight week, highly intensive, bible study for High school students
• This requires a great deal of commitment and a desire to dive deeper into God's Word

 

Disciple Now

• January 18-20 weekend event
• A community wide event which bring together worship, study, and fellowship all within a spiritfilled weekend. All youth welcome

  Lenten and Advent Prayer Breakfast

  • Starts at 6:30 at City Bagel, I'll make sure you get to school on time

  CIA Day Lunch and Bowl

  • For all Public school youth we will meet at the Bulldog lanes at 1:00 for lunch and bowl. For $8.50 you get a great lunch and two games

    30 Hour Famine

    • The 7th thru 12th grade youth will be raising money and awareness about world hunger as they fast for 30 hours
    • This event brings with it a study on world hunger and how we can all get involved

    Summer Mission Trip

    • Each year the high school students take a mission trip
    • Places we've been: Alaska, the Coast, Washington D.C. and Chicago
